EASY Beef Stroganoff - in your crockpot Ingredients 2 1/2 lbs cubed stew meat 2 cans Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup (my favorite for roast too) 1 large onion, diced 4 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 cup water 3 - 4 cloves garlic, sliced 8 oz Fresh Mushrooms 8 oz cream cheese - don't use fat-free Egg Noodles Directions Dice onion using Forged Cutlery Chef's Knife. Open soup cans using Smooth Edge Can Opener. Measure water in Easy Read Measuring Cup. In your crock pot stir the stew meat, soup, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce and water. Using Garlic Peeler & Slicer; slice garlic over mixture and stir. Cook on low 4 hours. Slice mushrooms using the Egg Slicer Plus; add to mixture in crock pot. Continue cooking 2 - 3 hours. Cube the cream cheese and stir into mixture. Shut off and let sit for 15 minutes. Cook egg noodles until done - serve Stroganoff over cooked noodles.
